Wraparound Copy: Includes
both sides or wraparound copy if same color is used. If wraparound copy is not
requested, only one side will be imprinted.

2nd. Color Imprint: Add
.30 per color, per piece.
Precious Metal Imprint (22K Metallic Gold & Platinum): 1 sided add .50 per pc., 2 sided add 1.00 per pc.
Candy: Add $1.20 to each
apothecary jar. Please specify butterscotch, sourballs or peppermint swirls. Candy adds
approximately 1 pound to each jar.
Shipping: All orders in
excess of 100 lbs. will be shipped by an overland motor freight company.

Glassware is not suitably packaged for small package carriers. If a shipment
weighs less than 100 lbs. and
requires small package carrier, we will pack in a protective carton with a $5.00 charge per carton. All breakage
